The website has no forms, no customer accounts and no newsletter. We therefore collect no personal data about you through it.

The website sets a single cookie, and only if you choose a language in the language selector. No audience measurement, advertising or social media cookies. Fonts are served by the website itself, with no call to Google Fonts.

Purpose

when you come back to the website’s address without a language, it opens in the language you chose. Only the website reads it; it is not used for any tracking and is shared with no one.

Duration

one year from your choice, after which it deletes itself. Choosing another language replaces it, for one year.

Scope

mielliora.nolitana.com only, all of its pages (path “/”, SameSite=Lax).

This cookie remembers a display setting you asked for. Trackers that personalise the interface, such as the choice of language, are exempt from consent (CNIL, “Cookies et autres traceurs : que dit la loi ?”), which is why the website shows no cookie banner.

To delete it, clear the cookies for mielliora.nolitana.com in your browser settings (under “Cookies and site data” or “Privacy”). Without it, the website follows your browser’s language again.

The thumbnail in the “Visit us” section is drawn by the website itself: it loads nothing from Google and contacts no one.

The “Directions” link opens Google Maps and the Instagram link opens Instagram, in a new tab: their own privacy rules then apply (policies.google.com/privacy, privacycenter.instagram.com).

The website is hosted by Nolitana on an OVH server located in Strasbourg, France. Requests go through Cloudflare, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the page and protect the website. As with any server, it records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify you and are kept for a limited period.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you.
